Our Commitment

SBA Lender Hub is committed to providing accurate, unbiased information to help small business owners make informed financing decisions. Our editorial decisions — what data we show, how we rank lenders, and what content we publish — are made independently of any commercial relationships.

Data Sources

All lender data on SBA Lender Hub is derived from public sources:

We do not accept lender-submitted data as the basis for rankings. Lenders cannot influence their data profile by submitting self-reported metrics.

Ranking Logic

Lender rankings are determined algorithmically based on:

Paid placement does not affect rankings. A lender cannot improve their ranking by paying SBA Lender Hub. Enhanced listing features (logos, descriptions, contact information) are available commercially and are visually labeled as such, but these features do not alter rank order.

Content Standards

Editorial content on SBA Lender Hub — guides, articles, and explainers — is written to inform, not to sell. We aim to provide factually accurate information based on current SBA regulations, program guidelines, and standard industry practice. Content is reviewed periodically and updated when regulations or program terms change.

We do not publish sponsored content that is presented as editorial. Any content produced in partnership with a commercial entity will be labeled as such.

Corrections Policy

We take accuracy seriously. If you believe a lender profile contains incorrect data, or if you've identified a factual error in our content, please email us at benjamin@sitelyft.com. We will review the correction request and, if warranted, update the data or content within a reasonable timeframe and note the correction.

No Professional Advice

Content on SBA Lender Hub is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or lending advice. Every business's situation is unique. Before making any financing decision, consult with a qualified financial advisor, CPA, or attorney familiar with SBA programs.
